At Westwood Cleaners, our route drivers are well prepared for SAFE pick up and delivery of your cleaning order. We are uniformed, wear mask and gloves and practice all social distancing protocols.

There is a 5 garment minimum for new delivery service clients.

Yes! We will supply you a draw string Westwood maroon clothes bag when you sign up for route delivery. More are available upon request at no charge.
You can decide where to have us pick up, typically it is on your front entrance or rear/garage area. YOU MUST HAVE A HOOK FOR US TO HANG YOUR COMPLETED ORDER. You would also leave your order for pickup on that same hook.
No problem! Simply leave the items in the same area CLEARLY MARKED for cleaning pickup
If you supply us a garage code to enter in order to pick up and drop off, we will be glad to oblige. We do NOT do in home entry.
Please check with your building reception area. They often already have a policy for where you can leave items for pickup along with an area that we can leave your completed order. If you are in an apartment type complex that is NOT managed with a reception area, but we have access to come to your dwelling door, we would pick up and drop off there.
Simply give us a call and notify us that you will be away and when you want us to resume service.
Typically if we stop more than 2 to 4 times and find you do not have anything to be cleaned, we may leave you a friendly reminder. We ask that you give us a call when you need your next pickup and we will resume service.
We know this can happen. Please CALL us and we will do all we can to accommodate your request. You can also drop off your items at the store and we have bagged curbside service to maintain all of the safety as you would get with home service.
When you sign up as a route customer, you would supply us a credit card to start your service. We only charge your card ONCE per month, generally by the 5th of the month for your PRIOR month’s service. Every time we drop off your cleaned order, you are supplied a ticket for the charges of THAT order. When we process the credit card charge, you will be supplied a statement that lists all of the completed orders and amounts from the prior month.
GREAT! Simply pin a note to the garment or item and tell us everything you can. You probably are aware of what might have caused the stain and we are happy to be sure we deliver a quality job well done.
ALL items. Here is a pretty inclusive list, but NEVER hesitate to give us a call if you are unsure or if you have an unique item. If it can be cleaned, chances are we can do it, SAFELY!
